Went in for shoes and came out with a ton more. Everyone was really nice and helpful. They even called me when an item was left behind and held it for me. I’ve always appreciated walking into a buckle usually looking like a bum, and getting help with zero judgment. Lol!! This is another one that I feel comfortable in spending my money and getting helped out regardless of what I buy.

Just wanted to start off with how great the associates that work there are . Every single person greets you and helps any way they can ! Olivia was the person that helped me and she was great couldn’t ask for better service ! Probably the best buckle in all buckles !

The young lady that works in this store are amazing. Every single time I go in this store they are excited to see me and call me by my name upon me entering the store. They know my style, my husband's and my son's so they all start showing things that they know I will love. I love this. I don't have to do a like of looking because they call me and say I think you would love these new items come in and see it. Amazing job, girls. You're making guest feel like family!

I would like to start off with just how helpful the employees are, I know part of the greeting is scripted. It does make a difference when someone openly asks you what they can help you with. The Manager (I do not recall her name) was very amazing in assisting the needs of me and my friend, their coworker (I believe Kaiana) but she was ultimately helpful in all aspects! The other coworker was a male with the name starting with a P he was super helpful as well. This was 04/22/22 at 6:30PM and we were there until 7:18PM and they all were very nice and understanding even after they closed at 7:00PM. Overall amazing customer service, and I appreciate how they all work together. Thank you to the team at Buckle for being some amazing workers!

I was immediately greeted by the manager Aryelle and I have never had customer service like that in a retail store before. I hate shopping but she was so quick to pick out jeans for me so I could try them on and go. All I had to do was tell her the style and size and she handled the rest. This woman deserves a raise and next time I visit Anchorage I will be stopping back in to see her. Thank you Aryella, best experience I've ever had and it was so nice to not hate every minute of it.

I just wanted to share my recent trip to your store at 5th Ave Mall in Anchorage Alaska. Your sales associate, Kaitlyn was wonderful. I was shopping last minute for a trip out of town and she was on top of it, helping me size jeans and tops and shoes to match. I didn’t realize that I came in 10 minutes to close, but these ladies treated me like time wasn’t an issue. I felt bad so I hurried and was out 15 after close. We even had a laugh how my bill ended up being $444.44. I just hope she’s acknowledged for her exemplary service and wanted to thank her again. Lastly, I haven’t bought jeans in years and the ones she picked out are amazing.

Hey, I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful assistance I received from Mary during my recent visit. Finding jeans has always been a challenge for me, but Mary was incredibly helpful. She not only helped me find the perfect fit but also checked in to see if there was anything else I might need. I’m usually not one to take the time to write a review but I have to say Mary is a huge asset to the company. She has an amazing ability to know what looks good on your body type and I’ve grown to trust what she suggests I will likely end up purchasing. It’s always nice to see her there and know that I’m gonna walk away with clothes I’m excited to wear.

Diana and Jerry were fabulous. Really amazing customer service. I walked in the store, out of place, wanting a revamp to my style, although I said I did not need help. They both stood next to me, and chatted, made me feel very comfortable and like I could accept their help. I said I was looking for jeans and cute sweaters, maybe shoes. Both Diana and Jerry brought over so many items for me to try, got to know my personality and dream style. Both of these gals are amazing workers and the reason why I give Buckle 5 stars.
